Although I have been trained as a PCP in my naturopathic medical schooling, I choose to practice in an adjunctive care role supporting those with reproductive, gynecological, hormonal, and mental health concerns. Primary care visits focus on health maintenance, which is why I work with clients who have an established PCP or are looking for focused support. I can help you most in preventative medicine and health optimization from an individualized + holistic approach.

I currently do not accept any form of insurance due to the higher level of care I provide and time I spend with my patients. For example, I spend 90 minutes with you at our first visit instead of 15 minutes, I make myself available through a secure portal for chat messages, and I purposefully keep my practice very small so both new and follow up patients can receive high-quality care quickly when they need it most. All prices are transparent and will include no hidden fees.
